Inspired by the HERO Smoker, the HERO DUO functions not only as a smoker, but also as a gas grill and charcoal grill.
Both cooking chambers feature two cast-iron grates, ensuring optimal heat distribution. Two thermometers help control the grill temperature. The grill cart is mobile thanks to its four wheels with a stop function. The BBQ also has ample storage space for food, drinks, and fuel.
The gas grill section features three powerful stainless steel burners and a side burner with piezo ignition. A warming rack allows you to place cooked food on the grill and keep it warm.
The charcoal section features an additional side firebox. This type of grill, also called an "offset smoker," is particularly well-suited for indirect grilling or extensive smoking.
